Terms of service

1. What nada is

nada is a community catalog of non-alcoholic drinks. You can browse drinks, rate them, save favorites, and find places that stock them. If you're a maker (a distributor or producer), you can list and manage your drinks.

2. Your account

You need an account to rate drinks, save them, or list drinks as a maker. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@drinknada.nl if you suspect someone else has signed in.

3. Your content

When you rate a drink, write a note, or upload a photo, you give nada a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content in the catalog. You keep ownership of what you write and shoot. You can delete your own ratings and photos at any time, and we'll remove them from public surfaces.

4. Photos and the catalog

Photos you confirm against a specific drink may be used to improve our recognition systems (the scan flywheel). You can opt out anytime in Settings → Scan photo training. Opting out excludes your photos from future training-corpus exports while keeping them visible on your own ratings.

5. Maker accounts

Distributors and producers can list drinks. By listing a drink, you confirm you have the rights to do so, that the information is accurate, and that the drink is non-alcoholic (≤ 0.5% ABV). We may unlist drinks that don't fit the catalog, contain misleading claims, or violate these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't post abusive content, spam, or misleading reviews. Don't try to break the service. Don't scrape the catalog en masse — if you want bulk access for legitimate research, email hello@drinknada.nl.

7. Disclaimers

nada is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every drink listing. Listings come from makers and community contributions; verify ABV, allergens, and ingredients with the producer before consumption if it matters to you.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Soft-deletion anonymizes your contributions; hard deletion (full data export + erasure) is available on request to hello@drinknada.nl.

9. Changes

We'll update these terms when needed. Material changes will be flagged on the site or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top tracks the most recent revision.
